The entry forms for MG Live Silverstone are now available on the MGCC website. You will see that the Cockshoot is listed as a "double-header". There will be one qualifying session and two races, that is one hour of track time. The results of the two races will be aggregated to make one Championship round.

The Championship Regs for 2010 are now on the site. Please register as soon as possible and enter the Oulton Park race. The MGCC will not take your money until the closing date. We need a good entry and we need it as early as possible to avoid any possibility of amalgamation with another race.

We are pleased to announce that the Cockshoot Cup has been granted an MSA Championship Permit for 2010. The Championship dates are now on the statistics page. The Championship Regulations will be sorted over the next two weeks. Class C will definitely now allow any 4 or 6 cylinder engined MGs eligible for any of the MGCC Championships, and standard K series engined Midgets. This includes Z saloons, Metros, Class A Midgets, K series engined Bs.

You can now register for the 2010 Championship using the downloadable form. Provisional dates available shortly. Likely date of first race is May 8th at Oulton Park.

I have scanned in all the qualifying and race results sheets since the Championship began. They should be available on the site soon, but if anybody would like a set, then I can burn a CD for them. I am missing some results sheets from 1984, 1985 and 1986. If anybody has kept originals from that time I would like to borrow them to complete the set. I also have most of the original programmes, but I am not scanning them! Paul Goodman.
